FAFCO made several panels with different footprints.

A SunSaver CT Legacy panel is not the same as a CT Pro, a two-foot ST panel or a Solar Bear. Identify the family first, then compare the exact size and measurements with the closest Techno-Solis panel.

Six measurements tell us the whole story

By measuring the header inside diameter, header outside diameter, absorber width, overall panel width, overall panel length, and header-to-header length, you can accurately compare your existing Fafco panel to the closest Techno-Solis replacement option. These measurements will help you confirm the fit before you order.

Header inside diameter
Measure straight across the inside opening of the round header.

Header outside diameter
Measure straight across the widest outside edge of the round header.

Absorber width
Measure the width of the active solar absorber area between the outside edges of the panel body.

Overall panel width
Measure the full width of the panel from the outermost edge of one header end to the other.

Overall panel length
Measure the complete length of the collector from the top outside edge to the bottom outside edge.

Header-to-header length
Measure the distance between the inside edges of the top and bottom headers.
