The Techno-Solis 4x8 solar pool heater panel with 2-inch headers includes connecting and mounting hardware for compatible replacement or system expansion.
Select the number of panels and your delivery method. Each panel includes one Standard Panel Hardware Kit with 2-inch EPDM couplings, #40 hose clamps, mounting clips, fasteners and hold-down strapping.
Header size: 2" nominal — 1.89" I.D. / 2.31" O.D.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Techno-Solis 4x8 solar pool heater panels with 2-inch headers and connecting hardware are intended for compatible panel replacement or expansion of an existing solar pool heating system.
Each selected panel includes one Standard Panel Hardware Kit for basic panel connection and mounting. Confirm panel dimensions, header spacing and existing connections before ordering.
A complete Standard or Deluxe Kit is recommended when additional row, feed and return, or plumbing components are required for a new installation.

Standard Panel Hardware Kit Function:
The Standard Panel Hardware Kit:
- Connects each solar pool panel to the adjacent panel
- Seals the connections between panel headers
- Secures the panel headers to the roof or rack
- Secures the hold-down strapping over the panels
Standard Panel Hardware Kit Contents
Each Standard Panel Hardware Kit includes:
- 2 — 2" x 3" EPDM rubber couplings: Connect adjacent panel headers
- 5 — #40 stainless-steel hose clamps: Secure and seal the rubber couplings to the panel headers
- 4 — Stainless-steel header and strap butterfly clips: Secure the panel headers and hold-down strapping
- 4 — Mounting fasteners: Selected according to the chosen roof or rack application
- Woven polyester hold-down strap: Secures the solar pool panels to the roof or rack
Mounting fasteners are supplied for the installation surface. Contact us to confirm the correct fasteners for your roof or rack. High-wind applications may require upgraded hardware.
