Universal Header Clamp Assembly 1 1/2″ / 2″ (Eagle Claw)
The Universal Header Clamp is used to secure the upper header of a solar pool heating panel to the roof. Depending on the installation, one or two clamps may be used on each panel.
The clamp can slide along the header, allowing it to be positioned over a roof truss or secured to the roof sheathing. Once positioned, the upper and lower sections are joined and secured with two set screws.
The clamp fits both 1½-inch and 2-inch panel headers. Use the included insert when installing it on a 1½-inch header.
Two stainless steel mounting screws and an appropriate roof sealant are required to create a weatherproof attachment. Mounting screws and sealant are sold separately.
