Use Rubber Couplings to connect the solar pool heater panels together in a series and connect the systems feed & return header outlets to the systems feed & return water plumbing lines.

  • PRODUCT INFORMATION:

    Rubber Couplings are used to connect the solar pool heater panels together in a series and to connect the systems feed & return header outlets to the systems feed & return water plumbing lines.

    Rubber Coupling Sizes:
    • 1.5" Nominal; Actual 1-7/8 I.D. / 2-3/8 O.D; use with 1.5” Solar Pool Panel Headers
    • 2" Nominal; Actual 2-3/8 I.D. / 2-3/4 O.D; use with 2” Solar Pool Panel Headers

     

    Rubber Couplings are installed on both the top and bottom solar pool panel header outlets and are secured and tightly sealed using Stainless Steel Hose Clamps.


    A typical solar panel roof kit should look like the diagram above when finished.  It may vary based on the actual layout.
