1 1/4" Tapcon Screw | Barrel or Flat Tile Roofs
1 1/4" Tapcon Hex Head Screws are used for fastening mounting hardware to a Barrel or Flat Tile Concrete roof.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Use our 1 1/4" Tapcon Hex Head Screws when fastening mounting hardware [Stainless Steel Butterfly Clips and SuperClips] to a Barrel Tile or Flat Tile Concrete roof. [See Diagram Above]
Tapcon Screw Instructions:
To mount the solar pool panel and strapping mounting hardware to a Barrel Tile or Flat Concrete Tile roof you will need to first use a 3/16" masonry drill bit to drill pilot holes. When drilling the pilot holes you need to make sure to avoid drilling through the roof substrate below the tiles. At about 1 to 2 inches above the bottom edge of each tile there is a space between the 2 overlapping tiles and the substrate.
