High Wind Zone "SuperClip" Header/Strap Clips are used in high wind zoned areas for securing solar pool heating panels on roof or ground rack and to hold down the retaining straps onto roof or rack.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
High Wind Zone "SuperClip" Header/Strap Clips are used in high wind zoned areas for securing solar pool heating panels on roof or ground rack and to hold down the retaining straps onto roof or rack.
SuperClip Header/Strap Clip Specifications:
• Use with Polyester or Stainless Steel Strapping.
• Use up to 5 Stainless Steel or Galvanized screws to mount to roof surface. [Screws sold separately]
Shingle Roofs: Use #14 - 1/4" x 2" Screws
Flat Tile Roof Applications: Use #14 - 1/4" x 3" Screws [requires 1" SuperClip Spacer Block]
Barrel Tile Roof Applications: Use #14 1/4" x 5" [requires 3" SuperClip Spacer Block]
Note: Do Not attach the bottom header to the roof; this is to allow for expansion and contraction; securing the header will result in damaging the panel and will void the warranty.
SuperClip Header/Strap Clip can be used with the following Strap Types:
Polyester Woven Strap – standard strap for typical installations
Polypropylene Seamless Strap – for use in windy areas
